I established Forte with intention of providing the best possible advice and support to my clients. In my experience, far too many engagements from the major players are inflexible and solution led, rather than client problem led. From an early age I was passionate and curious about solving problems whether it was developing a programme in Visual Basic to try and understand the root cause of supplier issues for a major furniture business, to auditing business processes, remediation of mis-sold Pensions or turnaround of corporate businesses prior to trade sale. It's this enthusiasm, curiosity and diversity of experience that I bring to every client engagement and insist upon from every Associate who works with our teams on the ground.
